Registration for Tern

Hi 

I just purchased a Tern and was told by the shop that I am to register the bike online for warranty purposes. How do I go about doing so? I can't seem to find any link.

Hi,

entered the code and received auto-reply the service tag is incorrect.
Code has CAP and numbers. Eg T#B#####

Hi mcmschng,

You can use either capital or lower case letters with your registration. If you are still having troubles, please PM me and I can check with our service department to double check your service tag number.

Hi mcmschng,

I changed your post so it does not show your service tag (Eventhough it was a wrong tag, it is better not to show it.)

I've already spoken to Amanda from our service team and she should be in touch with you.

Hi, I just got my Tern link C7 today. Tried inputing the code for the registration but the same error message (as mentioned above) appeared. Pls advise. Thanks!

I am trying to register my new LINK D8 by using the tag number written on the bike.

The tag number is not recognized by the system.

Can you please help?

We have posted this as sticky on our FAQ forum. Would it be possible for you to provide us information about your bike?

The ff. information is needed:
1.Your bike model.
2.Service tag number – this is an 8-digit combination located below the QR code found under the down tube of the bike.
3.Frame number – this is a 10-digit combination starting with AM, AI or YJ stamped on the bottom bracket of the bike.

Please don’t post these information here, as they are unique and are considered as private info. Please send us the information via ask.us@ternbicycles.com or send me a PM. Thanks!
