entered the code and received auto-reply the service tag is incorrect.
Code has CAP and numbers. Eg T#B#####

You can use either capital or lower case letters with your registration. If you are still having troubles, please PM me and I can check with our service department to double check your service tag number.

I changed your post so it does not show your service tag (Eventhough it was a wrong tag, it is better not to show it.)

Hi, I just got my Tern link C7 today. Tried inputing the code for the registration but the same error message (as mentioned above) appeared. Pls advise. Thanks!

Apologies for the inconvenience, our service member is going to PM you in a short while. As your service tag number is a unique combination code, which is considered a private info, it is advised that people write to us directly at ask.us@ternbicycles.com

The ff. information is needed:
1.Your bike model.
2.Service tag number – this is an 8-digit combination located below the QR code found under the down tube of the bike.
3.Frame number – this is a 10-digit combination starting with AM, AI or YJ stamped on the bottom bracket of the bike.
