Wow, I've had my eye on this model since it's release. What a beautifully innovative bike. Wish I had the dough to blow! By the way Josh, I love how you guys improved the fold on the Tern bikes. I really wish my Mu P8 folded with the handlbars on the outside of the fold rather than being sandwhiched in the center between the two wheels. I can tell by the look and sound of the latches that they are also significant improvements over the Dahon models. All said, I love my Dahon, but you guys sure did a heck of a job improving what was already a great product!
Thanks djgonzo! Well we’re all riders and users and customers ourselves so we’ve been itching for some time to make those improvements.
Hi may I know will there be a S11i with Alfine 11 and Carbon belt drive?
Hi Jonathan – no plans for that. but honestly, if we haven’t launched it we’re not going to discuss it either.
I do like the Mu P8, take it out of the shop for a test ride now and then and am always impressed with its speed, but the S11i is definitely a step up when it comes to high performance. - Jack
Great video Peter. I noticed that you didn’t mention the coolest thing about the dyno hub: that it can be turned “off” for zero drag. Were you doing this to keep the message simple or did we not adequately communicate that feature to you? You guys produce the vids in house? The production quality is fantastic.
