Riders can trade in their current e-bike, regardless of brand, and receive a trade-in credit toward the purchase of a new Tern e-bike.

The program is designed for convenience from start to finish. Riders bring their current e-bike to a participating dealer, receive an instant trade-in value through Upway’s system, and leave with a clear upgrade plan, all in a single visit.

Working directly with an authorized Tern dealer adds value beyond the trade-in itself. Riders can compare models and take test rides to find the one best suited to their riding style, arrange professional fitting or accessory installation at the time of purchase, and establish an ongoing relationship for service, maintenance, and warranty support.
