The faster fold
Dankzij de N-FOLD Technologie laat je TERN zich eenvoudig en ergonomisch vouwen. In enkele seconden verandert je TERN in een com-pact pakket, dat op zijn eigen wielen rolt.
OCL Frame Joint
Advanced folding technology
Onze hightech frame-scharnier is stabiel en stijf. Vakkundig gefreesd en door de vakhandel te onderhouden, om jarenlang mee te kunnen. Wrijving-arme igus® glijlagers garanderen prob-leemloos vouwen. De hevel laat zich vlak op het scharnier klappen en zorgt zo voor bescherming bij transport.
Stabieler door design
Door het scharnierpunt groter te maken en de draaivlakken asymmetrisch te plaatsen ten opzichte van de middenas, is de totale sterkte en stijfheid meer dan verdubbeld. Dat verschil merkt u direct vanaf de allereerste rit.
Soepele bediening
Bij het gepatenteerde ontwerp zijn vier igus® lagers tussen de bewegende aluminium en roestvrijstalen delen geplaatst, zodat het invouwen altijd soepel en frictiearm verloopt.
In elkaar grijpende constructie
Het voorste en achterste deel van het scharnierpunt grijpen in elkaar om alle mogelijke torsiebewegingen te elimineren.
Gebruiksgemak
Grote, afgeronde oppervlakken op de hendel en de scharnierpunten zijn aangenamer voor uw handen en zorgen ervoor dat u meer kracht kunt uitoefenen tijdens het sluiten van de constructie.
Dubbele beveiliging
Bij het sluiten van de hendel grijpt de AutoLok automatisch vast - voor extra veiligheid.
Floating Point technologie
Gepatenteerde technologie waarbij de hendel tijdens transport vlak en goed beschermd tegen het scharnierpunt ligt.
Eenvoudig onderhoud
Goede producten gaan langer mee, en daarom is de OCL Frame Joint zo geconstrueerd dat hij door de dealer goed kan worden onderhouden. We houden elk onderdeel op voorraad, en mochten uw lagers ooit verslijten, dan kan de dealer ze in een paar minuten vervangen.
Nauwkeurig gefabriceerd
De tolerantie bij de productie is slechts 50 micron waardoor alle onderdelen nauwkeurig passen. Losraken of rammelen is vrijwel uitgesloten.
Roestvrijstalen onderdelen
Koudgesmeed roestvrijstaal zorgt voor de benodigde duurzaamheid en betrouwbaarheid die nodig is voor dagelijks gebruik in alle weersomstandigheden.

Physis 3D Handlepost
The new benchmark
Four patented technologies and unique manufacturing technology add up to the strongest, stiffest handlepost available. The Physis uses a special manufacturing process called 3D forging, which forms the post from a single piece of aluminum, eliminating all welds.
No Flex
To eliminate flex, the Physis was designed with a massive joint knuckle and a post that gradually tapers from thick at the base to thin. The fork steerer interface is 150% more stiff than common designs.
Flux Technology
The base of the Physis is machined so it functions as the upper race of the headset. This patented direct integration contributes to the incredible stiffness of the design.
Interlocking Halves
Joint surfaces lock together to improve torsional stiffness.
Redundant Double Bolts
Two bolts clamp the Physis to the fork steerer for improved safety.
igus® Bearings
The patented design puts sliding bearings between the moving parts so the folding action is always smooth and friction-free.
Large, Smooth Lever
Large rounded surfaces are easy on your hands and provide good leverage for easy operation.
AutoLok Technology
Close the lever and it automatically locks in place, for extra, easy security.
Floating Point Technology
Patented technology allows the lever to fold flat and brace against the joint for protection in transit.

Keep it together
De Magnetix 2.0 heeft twee krachtige magneten om uw fiets in opgevouwen toestand bij elkaar te houden. Ideaal als u de fiets een trap op en af draagt. Met een treksterkte van 100-150 Nm houdt de Magnetix 2.0 uw fiets netjes bij elkaar, zelfs als ermee wordt gezeuld of ergens tegenaan gestoten wordt.

Monteer de Tern Luggage Truss aan de Luggage Socket en u hebt vervolgens een keur aan mogelijkheden voor het vervoeren van bagage aan de voorzijde van de fiets: drager, mand of tas. Zolang het compatibel is met het KlickFix-systeem, past het altijd!
