Content Developer
What we're looking for
Location: New Taipei City, Taiwan (preferred)
We are primarily looking for candidates based in Taiwan. Remote arrangements may be considered in exceptional cases.
We’re looking for a versatile Content Developer to create clear, engaging content across a wide range of touchpoints—from product messaging and campaigns to manuals and digital experiences. Beyond writing, the Content Developer considers how text works alongside visuals and other media to deliver cohesive, user-friendly communication. You’ll help shape and maintain our brand voice, collaborate cross-functionally, and ensure quality through editing, proofreading, and SEO best practices.
Responsibilities
Copywriting
Craft engaging copy using our unique brand voice, ensuring it works seamlessly with accompanying visuals and other media, and resonates with our target audiences. Copy includes, but is not limited to:
- Product communication: Product positioning, messaging, naming.
- Product launches: Product packaging, web copy, press releases.
- Product campaigns: Social media content, print and online ads, point-of-sales materials, newsletters, knowledge base articles.
Managing and developing manuals
Collaborate with other departments and external partners to create, develop, and manage our product documentation, ensuring all information is clear, accurate, and in line with our user manual style. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Bike Manuals
- Accessory Manuals
- Component Manuals
Editing and proofreading
Help team members develop content, and proofread content as required so that it is appropriate for the target audience.
Assisting in SEO 2.0 tasks
Help team members fulfill SEO-related tasks across our English-language content.
Assisting the team in other marketing tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- Preferably college degree or higher, ideally in a writing-intensive field.
- Minimum 2 years of copywriting experience or similar, ideally in-house.
- Native or near-native English proficiency.

Nice to Have
- Knowledge of and passion for bicycles.
