Tern Orox Crankset Safety Check
If you notice any irregularities involving the crankset of your Orox S12 or Orox R14, it’s important to take action as soon as possible. To look after you and your bike, we’ve put the following solutions in place.
What Riders Need to Do
Please bring your Orox bike to your local Tern dealer. Your dealer will:
- Inspect related components, including the lockring and cranks
- Make any needed adjustments or replacements to keep you on the road
