OWNER BRIEFING

Your bike is equipped with technology that you won't find anywhere else. So, even if you're an experienced rider, you need to receive the Tern Owner Briefing before you hit the streets. Your dealer should have reviewed the Owner Briefing with you at the time of purchase. If not, please take a few minutes to watch it now. Click here to see the video.

Rider Responsibility

Tern bikes are designed for a variety of uses, so it’s important to understand the intended use of the bike you’ve purchased. If the seller did not provide documentation, please visit the Tern Support site, where you can download the bike’s operating manual, QuickStart Guide, and component manuals. These resources will help you understand the intended use of your bike, as well as how to ride, maintain, and operate it safely. Also, watch the Owner Briefing video for the model you purchased.
