For your safety, it's critical that your bike was assembled and tuned up by an authorized Tern dealer. If you’re unsure, ask your dealer before completing the sign up.

If you answer “no”, it may invalidate your warranty. Your dealer is responsible for setting up and tuning your bike. You can contact them to request this service or confirm that it's already been provided.

The service tag is 8-characters that begins with T and does not contain the Latin letters I and O.
Frame number is a 10 to 13 alphanumeric sequence stamped on the bottom bracket or on the bottom of the seatpost. Click here for detailed instructions.
