If you've registered for Tern Care, you'll find your Service Tag Number in your account page. It is also located under a QR code sticker that is usually found under the downtube or near the bottom bracket of the bike. Learn more.

Where's My Bike Generation Number?
If you've signed up for Tern Care, you can locate your Bike Generation Number by clicking on the bike model within your account page. You'll see the Generation Number displayed on the page you're redirected to.
